Shipping policy

1. Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- If an item is out of stock and requires substitution, the shipping time will be extended accordingly. We will notify you promptly of any such delays.
2. Shipping Fees
- A flat shipping fee of $9.9 USD applies to all orders under $35 USD.
- Orders totaling $35 USD or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.
3. Address Changes & Corrections
- If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us before your order is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched and a tracking number is generated, we can no longer modify the address.
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you via the email address or WhatsApp number provided.
- If tracking information shows prolonged inactivity, please check your email or WhatsApp messages. Please ensure your contact information is correct and up-to-date.
4. International Delivery, Customs & Delivery Times
- We select appropriate carriers based on the destination country. Therefore, delivery times and methods will vary.
- For most countries, delivery typically takes an additional 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Please allow extra time for receipt.
- Customs Duties & Import Taxes: The product price is FOB and does not include any potential customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges as required by local customs regulations. If a package is returned or abandoned due to the recipient's refusal to pay applicable fees, the customer will bear all resulting losses (including full shipping costs). In the event of a refund under these circumstances, only the product price will be refunded (with shipping costs deducted).
5. After-Sales & Return Policy
Package Condition: We guarantee all items are packed securely when they leave our warehouse. However, due to the complexities and duration of international shipping, we cannot control potential damage during transit. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds solely for damage to the packaging or product that occurred during shipping.
Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact our customer service within 3 business days of receiving the package. We will investigate and work with you on a solution (e.g., replacement, correct shipment, or refund).
